These are called Hiragana!
How to read Hiragana
There are five Japanese vowels:
[あ] pronunciation is [A]
[い] pronunciation is [I]
[う] pronunciation is [U]
[え] pronunciation is [E]
[お] pronunciation is [O]
Hiragana is looking like just a one word and seems like one sounds but it actually one sound is made up of consonants and vowels. Vowels=[あ、い、う、え、お、を、ん]
For example [か,き,く,け,こ]
[か] pronunciation is [Ka]
[き] pronunciation is [Ki]
[く] pronunciation is [Ku]
[け] pronunciation is [Ke]
[こ] pronunciation is [Ko]
[か、き、く、け、こ]consonants is [K] but we don’t pronunciation only [K], we pronunciation [K]+[a,i,u,e,o].
So at first let try to read(pronounced) and try to write Hiragana for studying Japanese!
At first it is better if you can read Hiragana!
So, can you see this and try to read;-)
example:[か] is [Ka]、[す] is [Su]、[て] is [Te]

How to write Hiragana
Now you know how to read Hiragana, so next try to write Hiragana!
Hiragana has a stroke order.
For example [あ]（A）stroke order….
The reason why we have a stroke order is
- Easy to write
(Because there is no waste in brush strokes)
- Easy to arrange and read characters
(Because the overall shape and line direction are stable)
- Make it easier to remember letters
(Because there is a rule that the same shape has the same stroke order)
So, It is really important to know about stroke order!
Let’s practice for your writing
The best way to remember Hiragana is just write so many times!
